Tasked to come up with an efficient family home for a base plan for the community of Watermark, we created a 3592sq.ft. 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, open concept estate home. The exterior exudes tradition with softly swooping eaves and buttresses as well as neatly clustered windows and steeply pitched gables.
