Based on the layout of Watermark 2, our client wanted a smaller home at 3049sq.ft. but loved how the spaces of that home flowed.

Taking that as our cue, we created a scaled down main floor and revised upper floor plan to suit their needs along with a West Coast Contemporary elevation that better suited their tastes.

This home is proof that scaling back does not necessarily mean compromising.
