Tasked to come up with an efficient family home for a base plan for the community of Watermark, we created a 3575sq.ft. 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, open concept estate home. The exterior warmly balances the history of prairie style with a twist of more contemporary elements and materials. The look exudes a quiet confidence, with rich but subtle details.
