When asked to design a small fitness room addition, off the primary suite, an old, underutilized balcony was repurposed to create the space and opened up the opportunity to relook at the exterior colours and materials. Cool, watery blue siding paired with a rich, brown shake and added details of stone and cedar brackets help to revive this property while still keeping a casual, lake-friendly vibe.
