Inspired by River Heights 1 we took a different approach in creating this 2883 sq.ft. two storey family home. We introduced a different concept of a attached rear garage via a breezeway not commonly seen in Winnipeg. Taking inspiration from historic tudor homes we opted to play homage to their grand central staircases replicating a similar detail in a more modern way for this home.
