Designed to fit side by side with River Heights 2, on a subdivided lot in Winnipeg’s prestigious River Heights neighbourhood, we came up with two exterior elevations for one shared floor plan. Both homes lean heavily on the traditional tudor style that is prevalent in the community with a slight, modernized twist, and unique colour palettes.
