NORTH GLENMORE 2

Designed to look like a traditional Craftsman bungalow, a large front porch was designed to welcome guests, and provide a space where the pedestrian traffic could be enjoyed. Upon entering the home, you’re greeted by an understated stairway leading you up into what would appear to be the attic. On the right is a flex space, flanked by symmetrical openings and a millwork coat closet. Passing under the stairs you enter into a sunken mud room, which could have easily once been a screened in porch. The rear of the home is an open concept great room, kitchen and banquette style eating area.

Reaching the top of the stairs, the landing is cozy with a coffered ceiling, leading to 3 bedrooms all with built-in window seats, a laundry room built into the rooflines and a spectacular ensuite bath with floating vanities.
