With a subdivided property, the client’s brief was to design a modern, Japanese inspired home surrounding a reflecting pond with expansive doors connecting the indoors both front and back. A true chef’s kitchen takes centre stage in 3079 sq.ft. bungalow while a floating shipping container corridor connects the mud room to the otherwise detached garage.
