What was an untouched 2302 sq.ft. 1950’s bungalow underwent a complete rethinking removing two staircases and replacing them with one larger one more centrally located in the home. Three main floor bedrooms were converted into a spacious primary suite leaving room for three on suite bedrooms on the lower level. The exterior was taken from a dowdy brick and siding home to a clean and classic California inspired show stopper.
