Another semi-detached home where each layout has been designed specifically with the needs of each client in mind. The left unit comes in at a sizable 3441 sq.ft., while the right unit is a slightly more modest 2964 sq.ft.

Both homes start out with a similar main floor layout, alternating the kitchen and stair locations, and reducing the size of the great room and dining area for the right unit. Moving to the upper floor, we opted for a traditional three bedroom setup for the left unit while the right unit pampers guests with a secondary master suite. The third floor lofts both serve as home office spaces along with providing balconies and family hang out spaces complete with wet bars.

The exterior was designed, intending for the homes to read more as one, rather than a duplex style home. Borrowing inspiration from classic, traditional Shingle Style homes in Vancouver’s Shaughnessy neighbourhood, the home is wrapped in fiber cement shakes for a low maintenance exterior, along with a variety of window shapes and sizes, lending to that classic feel.
