Something completely different than what is typically seen in the inner city. Rather than building up, we had the opportunity to build out.

This Modern Farmhouse storey and a half rings in at 3071 sq.ft., but the main floor encompasses two thirds of that area. Upon entering through the 64” wide custom, pivoting front door, the two storey foyer wows with massive volume and a glass wall leading into the vaulted, upper floor office. Below the office sits a light filled dining area with massive windows and patio doors looking onto private courtyards to either side. Past the dining room is a vaulted kitchen/great room which opens onto the rear courtyard and backyard beyond. Down the gallery, you reach the master bedroom, which, again is focused towards the rear yard, and then through to the mud room, and the attached triple car garage.

In addition to the office, the upper floor houses two additional bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and separate ensuites. Accessed, privately through the bedrooms, is a hang out space geared towards the younger members of the family.
